Damaged or incorrect
If your box arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Personalized items
Personalized cards and photo prints can't be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they reach the 'Wrapped' stage. After dispatch, standard return terms apply.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
