Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Choose a delivery date at checkout; we show an exact estimate before you pay. Free delivery on orders over ₹2,500.
You'll get tracking by email, and you can follow every step — placed to opened — from your account's Track page.
If a box arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Personalized cards and photo prints can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — we'll always make those right.
You can cancel before a box enters the 'Wrapped' stage. After that, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
